Power Burn vs Long-slow Cardio
Have you seen people running 30minutes to an hour, 3 to 5 times a week for months and still did not achieve their objectives? Have you seen people spending hours at treadmills or cross trainers trying to burn fats but still look the same?

At Power Burn, our workout plans are based according to High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) principles to burn fats and with plenty of creative exercise to workout your body to the maximum to produce the metabolic effect and burn fats.
Heart-rate monitored class
Every participants will be assigned to a heart rate monitor to observe intensity of each set or circuit. With your heart rate being monitored, you will know how hard you are trying and not just follow through the movement.
Body-weight: From basic squats to more advance movements like power burpies, mountain climbers or even plyo lunges to burn fats in a challenging way.
Door Gym: As a support for people who could not handle their body weight well, these power cords on every door gym acts as a bungee cord, assisting you to perform a varieties of movements that you can never think of! For people who find body-weight exercises too easy to perform, Door Gym acts as a resistance to make selected exercises more challenging and gets your heart pumping!
VigourBands: Commonly used in resisted movement to add in challenge and the burn!
